A complete ground-up installation on a new house, taken from an empty plot to a finished, energised home.

We started where every new build starts and most people never see: a temporary power supply rigged from the utility pole so the trades have something to work from, and a ufer ground established in the foundation before the concrete went in. Get that wrong and it is not something you can revisit later.

Through the rough-in phase we wired the house in full, then fitted the panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lights and fans at trim-out. Every circuit permitted, inspected and labelled.

Potomac Residence

A full ground-up electrical installation for a 6,000 square foot residence, built around a 400‑amp service.

A house of that size with that much lighting, climate control and equipment on it needs the service sized properly from the outset. Four hundred amps is double a typical modern home, and it has to be designed in at the start — you cannot retrofit a service of that scale once the walls are up.

We ran the job from temporary power and grounding through rough-in to final trim: panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting throughout, and the custom chandeliers the house was designed around.

Hanover House

The full electrical scope for an 8,000 square foot residence, where most of the work ended up being about light.

Flush can lighting throughout, designer chandeliers at the feature positions, and custom LED integrated into the cabinetry and closets — the kind of detail that has to be coordinated with the joiner long before anything is switched on, because the cable has to be there before the carpentry is.

Underneath it, the unglamorous part: underground conduit routed beneath the foundation, then full rough-in and a precise trim-out to match the finishes.

Marquette House

9,000 sq ft400A distributionFull home automation

The largest of the four: a 9,000 square foot ultra‑luxury residence with a drive‑in basement garage, two upper levels, a custom pool and a residential elevator.

An elevator, a pool and a basement garage each bring their own supply, controls and code requirements, and they all have to be coordinated with everything else rather than added on. The whole house runs on a code-compliant 400‑amp distribution system designed around that load.

On top of it, advanced lighting design, full home automation and bespoke fixture installation throughout — built to the builder’s specification from temporary power and underground conduit through to trim-out.
